Drunk Driver in Camaro Hits tree Ohio

Vehicle exited road at 70 to 80 mph into a oak tree. Driver was drunk and driving on a D.U.I. he was unhurt this was his second D.U.I. in 2 weeks.
Passenger received broken ribs and cuts. 4 year old in the backseat also had minor cuts and bruises. We do recovery work for several police deptartments and 90% of the time the drunk driver walks with minor injurys and the innocent people get hurt or die.

Driving drunk is bad enough. Driving drunk with a passenger and A 4 YEAR OLD!!!!!=death sentence in my honest opinion.
