Blame It On The Rain Conditions are most dangerous during the first 10 minutes of a heavy downpour as oil and debris wash away. It was raining that day and a truck lost control on the wet asphault and BAM! No other cars were involved.

Rain did not help, but the main cause was the inexperianced Shhneider driver. That company will hire anyone.
