The accident with our Olds Alero occured on 11/10/00. My wife was on her way home from work at about 0800.

Well, here’s the story, I was helping my good friend Josh move into his new house, His new house didn’t have a refridgerator so we swiped his landlady’s fridge from his old place. After hauling it to his new place we had to return his brother’s rachet straps, So we hopped into my 02 Mustang, (which by the way I had just gotten back from the body shop after having someone hit it in a parking lot) Well, it was about 1am and there was no one else on the road, so we were flying. I am a Police Officer in New Hampshire. I dropped off my cruiser to a friend of mine at a Ford dealer for some work to be done to it. I took his car to go to a Doctors appointment. I never made it there and ended up being brought to the hospital in my cruiser, with my friend driving….
October 29, 2001. I came up to a stop sign. I looked left. I looked right. I was going to go straight. Then, I look up and remember saying to myself, ” I think that car is in the air.” All I remember seeing is a red ‘thing’ coming at the front of the car and then hearing one hell of a loud bang! I CAME TO MY STREET AND PUT ON MY LEFT TURN SIGNAL.I SAT IN THE INTERSECTION FOR A SEC AND DECIDED TO GO BECAUSE I SAW I HAD MY WAY CLEAR.
WELL APPARNTLY I DIDNT.A 2001 MAXIMA WAS FLYING UP THE STREET AND T-BONED ME IN MY PASSENGER SIDE .

Location: 1 mile west of Hwy 82 on EW55, Locust Grove, Oklahoma
Here is my story to the best of my ability. The events are compiled from family, doctors, OHP, and my own memory. I was on my way home from Tahlequah to Pryor after a killer jam session.

Me and my wife were headed to donate plasma to help victims of war. It was a bright sun shiny day. Cruising down 1431 east bound a 1996 one ton dodge ram flat bed dully coming west bound pulled out in front of us and changed our life’s.
My wife was trapped in the car and had to be flown to Brackenridge hospital in critical condition. She had over 23 broken and fractured bones was in ICU for 11 days 9 of which were in a coma. She was driving I was a passenger I had fractured ribs and a skull, and sternum. I also had torn PCL in left knee. Read the rest of this entry »

Feb. 2003; My friend and I were heading northbound on I-15 towards Las Vegas when we had come to stop in the fast lane, although the slow lane was still moving slightly. (There was ongoing construction, and the lanes had been narrowed and were curving a bit, which caused the delays) We had been sitting for about 1-2 min. then traffic started to pick up again. As I was about to accelerate, we were hit from behind by a Dodge Ram camper van going approx. 70 m.p.h. The driver had apparently fallen asleep, and didn’t see what was going on in front of him. We were shot forward, and veered into the right lane, and were then hit a second time by a semi-truck, whose trailer somehow caught onto the front bumper and dragged us another 30-40 feet…which actually is a godsend because if we had gone off the road, we would’ve hit the dirt and probably flipped! This happened on I-80 going westbound in Central Pennsylvania in September 2003. I was traveling westbound in the fast lane following the semi truck seen in these pictures. We were about to pass a newer Buick (seen in pictures) when this happened.
There was a 76 year old driver and 85 year old passenger. I saw them turn on their left turn signal but they were in the slow lane (right lane). They then suddeny turned at 60 Mph right in front of the semi truck. Read the rest of this entry »
